I'm assuming most of you have eaten at PF Chang's and had their chicken lettuce wraps. Yum... right? Well, while at Costco a few weeks ago, I discovered that they sell lettuce wraps prepackaged. After eating them for lunch today, I decided that they are definitely blog worthy. I just can't get enough of them! I think I could eat them everyday. I know there are probably many of you with good recipes to make them, but I just love how easy they are to put together and, dare I say, just as good as PF Chang's. Even my kids like them (minus the spicy sauce you can put on them). Mmm...makes me want to go get more.

Over the Summer I had them alot and bought them all the time at Costco but then I got sick of them... hopefully you don't over do it becuase then you'll never want one for a long time! :)
Have you tried their Asian chicken salad kits?.. You just add lettuce. It is really good.

Cindy, I glad you like them. I have been wanting to get them but I wasn't sure if they would be as good. I glad they are so I can get them next time I'm at costco.
There's a Thi (i think I spelled that wrong) Peanut sauce that is amazing and you can make your own lettuce wraps. I use chicken, bean sprouts and any other veggie like carrots etc. and then wrap them in the butter lettuce. If your interested give me a call and I'll tell you where to find it. Then again Costco sounds ready to go and easy.
They are so good. Funny that you posted about them, because I made a post about them after I tried them for the first time, too. I guess you can see where my priorities are...food!
i'm right there w/ya lauren...food, food, food...and stephanie-i think i will stick to buying them...making them sounds like more work and probably $ :( thanks though.
