Alright already!

I've been hassled, encouraged, prodded, threatened, strongly urged, and asked several times to update my blog...so here ya go!  I hate to disappoint.

We've had TONS going on lately, I mean TONS.  Ben has had job interviews in Indiana, Colorado, and Illinois, all of which I accompanied him.  In addition to our travels together, I also had  a fabulous girls weekend to NYC and a smaller getaway to Rhode Island with two of my good friends.   We also had three birthdays ...Maddie turned 6, Cam turned 4 and Ben turned the big 30!  Maddie started soccer as well as1st grade, Camden started preschool, and Hazel started a tumbling class.  I told you we've been busy!  I don't have pics of everything, but I'll share what I do have...

Let's begin with Maddie's b-day...we did a family party this year, WAY less stress.  We did go carts, dinner at Red Robin and cake.

My girls weekend to NYC.  It was way more fun than a mom of three will ever have.  Staying up late, partying with my favorite people.  What could be better?  Here are some of my favorite pics,

Posing, posing, and more posing...we must have looked really weird.

more silly posing outside the doughnut plant, so YUM!

Shopping for 3 days straight, what could be better?

Don't even ask...ok ask.  Learning the Single Ladies Dance...footage will have to be destroyed.

on our way to church via the Brooklyn bridge.

My 1st taxi ride!

Onto Camden's 4th b-day.  Like I said, it was family party year, so we did Chuck E. Cheese, Macaroni Grill (we talked him into it) and cake.

"Don't forget to make a wish," Maddie reminds him.

Fall Soccer.  She's turning out to be quite the soccer player.

Ben's big 3-0!  I threw him a surprise b-day party with all of our friends.

My helpers.  Couldn't have pulled it off without them!

S U R P R I S E!!

Our best buddies, minus a family that joined us later...sorry Rees family!

bowling!

I beat him by one point!  Guess he's getting too old :)

The fabulous Caramel Apple Strudel Cheesecake that my friend Adrienne made for the event.  What nice friends I have to make my own husband's birthday cake!

Ok, so these are a little out of order.  But, here is Maddie on her 1st day of 1st grade.

The Cam man started preschool a week later and he is doing fabulous!   He just loves it.

Alrighty, if you made it this far you deserve some sort of treat....the END.  Oh, I almost forgot....now that all of our interviews are done, we've decided to take the job in INDIANA

PARK-ing it up.

A quick trip to the park proved to be a good photo opportunity...since I've been totally slacking in that department lately...

Can you tell?

that this little guy fell half-way down our scary, wooden stairs...got a fat lip, bleeding gums, and pushed back one of his front teeth??

before.

after.

poor little guy. he's got one buck and one un-buck tooth :(
i took him to the dentist and they said the tooth may die. but, we're hoping for the best.  thank goodness it's one of his baby teeth!

 still a cutie, none-the-less.
