Sixers!

Today marks 6 years that Ben & I have been married. Boy does time fly! Lately we've been realizing how grown-up we've become. I mean, how did this happen? All of the sudden we have 3 kids & a mortgage! And to think it all began back at BYU-I in the bookstore, with some innocent flirting. We started dating and 8 months later we were married. We've begun this journey together & I can't wait to see where it takes us. I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful guy by my side, loving & supporting me along the way. Happy Anniversary Babe...here's to 80 more years! I love you.

The tramp.

As the weather has been nicer, we decided to purchase a trampoline for some outdoor fun. I always wanted one when I was a kid, so when Ben mentioned it, of course I was on board. We've been having so much fun with it. We had a little BBQ last night with some friends, and did a little jumping as well.

Alright, so I'm a big loser...well scaredy cat really. It must be those darn kids. I swear I used to be more daring before I had kids. Ben reminded me as I was preparing to jump, that we have 3 kids, so I can't go get hurt and leave him to take care of them. Thanks babe. Just for the record, I did do a front flip, which seems much less scary. Maybe next time I'll muster up some courage. As for now, this lame-o video will have to do :)

Look who's 3 months old...

I'm a little late in posting, but here she is few days late. Can you believe little Miss Hazel is already 3 months old? I sure can't, it seems to just be flying by.

Easter.

We had a great Easter Sunday, filled with goodies, toys, Easter egg hunts, Church, and yummy dinner with friends. Here are the pics...

Cam came to me in bed and said, "can you open this?" Obviously they had already been down to their baskets.

Bumbo.

I bought a Bumbo (not to be confused with Dumbo, which Ben called it) for Hazel the other day, thinking she'd be ready for it in a month or so. I tried her out in it and she thought it was pretty cool too...at least for a few minutes. What a great little invention, we love it.

M-Do fun things with us
C-Movie, Ice Age!

M-Teacher
C-A hippopotamus!

M-My guess is strawberries.
C-Um, apples (that's his favorite).

M-Cinderella
C-A cartoon!

M-Get some treats. (so true!)
C-I don't know...this is a hard word! (this boy cracks me up!)

M-Because we look a little like each other.
C-It's too hard. (I think he was done w/my questioning at this point)

M-Because we look a little different.
C-We fall down.

M-Because...(pause)...what did you say? Because I really like you.
C-Because I fall down...you did love me!

M-Because he does nice things for you.
C-It's too hard...Um you love me, Daddy loves me, Maddie loves me!

M-To the store
C-Um, me get hurt from me fall down. (I asked him again) Downstairs!


I think Camden was in a crazy mood, otherwise I would have gotten more serious answers...or maybe not! After I finished, Maddie asked if she got them right. Pretty fun little quiz.
